Rush Hour boss Antal Heitlager & Thomas Gesthuizen have compiled this much awaited follow up to the Kindred Spirits released Surinam! compilation in 2012. This volume of highly collectable and rare Surinamese 45s and LP cuts goes even deeper into the field of '70s and 80s funk music from Suriname dance floors of decades' past. The new ten-track collection Surinam Funk Force includes a cut from Sumy ("The Funky "G (Only Comes At Night)", as well as the deep disco of Jam Band 80's "Jammin' (with The Jam Band)", the incredible rapid fire drumming of Ronald Snijders' "Kaseko Attack" (which is reminiscent of legends like Candido) and the feel good vibes of Sound Track Orchestra And Silvy's "Tirsa Song".
