Filmin Konusu

Bir sinema fenomeni olan "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo"nun ardından ünlü yönetmen Niels Arden Oplev ve güzel oyuncu Noomi Rapace yeni bir intikam hikayesi için yeniden bir araya geliyor. İkiliye bu filmde Colin Farrell da katılıyor.

Farrell, New York'un yeraltı suç örgütü liderinin sağ kolu olan cesur infazcı Victor karakterini canlandırıyor. Victor patronu yüzünden ölen karısı ve kızının intikamını almaya çalışıyor. Patronu gizemli bir katil tarafından tehdit edilince, Victor da detektifliğe soyunuyor. Bu sırada eski kurbanlardan biri olan Beatrice (Noomi Rapace) ise Victor'u baştan çıkarmaya ve ona şantaj yapmaya çalışıyor.

Beatrice ile Victor'ın aralarındaki kimya onları şiddetli sonuçlara yol açan öç almaya sürüklüyor. İntikam ateşiyle yanan iki insan arasındaki ilişkinin etkileyici resmini çizen bu aksiyon-gerilim filminin yapımcılığını ise Neal Moritz (The Fast and the Furious serisi, I Am Legend) ve Joel Wyman (Fringe, Keen Eddie) üstleniyor.
